Hi, Web Page/html help?

Hi,
Where I work, there is a directory in my home dir. When I put an html file there, then, automatically the content of the html file will show up on :
http:///~michelle
I was wondering: Is there are “ready to download” HTML files that I can put there and just edit the content.
Thank you!
